By downloading, accessing or using Slovnyk, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
The service
Slovnyk provides tools for creating, organizing and learning vocabulary. Features may change as the product develops, and some features may require internet access, iCloud or a supported Apple device.
Acceptable use
Use Slovnyk lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, reverse engineer protected components, distribute malicious content or infringe the rights of others. You remain responsible for vocabulary and other content you create or import.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium is planned at $1.99 per month or $11.99 per year, subject to regional App Store pricing. Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Apple’s refund rules apply.
Advertising
The free version may contain advertising. Premium removes advertising while the subscription remains active. Availability, frequency and format may change, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Slovnyk, its design, software and original materials are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.
Third-party services
The app may rely on services from Apple and Google. Those services have separate terms and policies. Slovnyk is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Availability and disclaimers
Slovnyk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that learning content will be error-free. Slovnyk is a study aid and does not guarantee any specific educational outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of Slovnyk. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Slovnyk at any time. Access may be limited for serious misuse. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app.
